CDi Computers provides computer solutions as a combination of remote support (over the internet & phone), in shop support, and service calls at our client’s location. Unless part of a service contract, our services are billed on an hourly, time plus materials basis. Hourly rates vary, depending on the type of service:
Remote Support: This is a cost effective option for troubleshooting most software problems and minor operating system issues. It is provided over the phone and internet using software that allows our technicians to remotely view and control a client’s computer from our office, with the client’s explicit permission.
In-Shop Service: Repairs provided at the CDi office are a good option for major computer rebuilding, in-depth troubleshooting, and virus removal.
On-Site Service: In many cases it is most effective to provide onsite service and support at our Client’s location. The majority of our services that are time sensitive and/or business critical are provided onsite. No additional trip or travel charges apply, within a 50 mile radius of Cleburne, Texas.
